Arboretum & Audubon: A Day of Birding Walks and Workshops

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and the Audubon Society partner for a day of avian fun and education. The event will feature presentations, workshops, nature walks and book signings featuring noted naturalists and authors Jim Gilbert, Stan Tekiela, Matt Schuth, Alan Branhagen and the Audubon Society’s expert on bird habitats and native plants, John Rowden.

Minnesota Computers for Schools Computer Donation Drive

Earth Day is the perfect time to do some spring-cleaning and get rid of your old technology! On Saturday, April 27 Minnesota Computers for Schools is hosting a computer donation drive – drop off your old computer equipment and put it to good use in the community.

MCFS refurbishes and reuses all donated equipment. The refurbished equipment is placed in schools and educational nonprofits throughout the state.

The first 100 people to donate a computer will receive a free beer coupon to redeem at the Surly beer hall.

Music in Plymouth

The City of Plymouth presents Music in Plymouth at the Hilde Performance Center on July 2nd at 5:30pm. This event is welcome to everyone for free so bring your family and friends.

Music in Plymouth is a 4th of July celebration for our whole community. There will be plenty of activities for people of all ages. Including food trucks and fireworks. For the kids there are plently of game booths set up around the Hilde along with balloon artists walking around. For the adults there will be an orchestra to start off the night followed by fire twirlers and the fireworks.

Moms Network

The Moms Network event, Thursday February 28th from 7-8:30 PM at the Maple Grove Library, allows local moms to network, connect and tell working stories outside the family. All moms welcome! Stay-at-home-, career-track-, work from home-, business owner-, <insert yourself>-mom.
