Get ready for summer with the annual Plant Swap hosted by the city of Plymouth. Members of the community are invited to bring perennials, seeds, tools, pots, books and other garden items to swap with others. After collecting your garden goodies, join the Hennepin County master gardeners for a gardening presentation in the Plymouth Creek Center following the swap.
