Trillium Woods is hosting a free “Yoga In the Yard” class on Wednesday, September 12, at 10:30 a.m. in the pool courtyard for all members of the community to join.
Yoga on its own is a life changing practice, but when combined with nature, it can be truly transformational. When practicing yoga in nature, you get to experience a sense of calm and a deep connection with nature. To be in nature is to be immersed in the greatest source of Prana, or life-force energy that exists. Join us for an hour of feelings of inner peace and connectivity to the earth.
