Drink: Slay the Dragon

The Cellars in Plymouth offers a special cocktail recipe.

The warmth and humidity of August make it a great time to sit back and relax with a refreshing cocktail, and Brian Clark and Jackie Bauer at The Cellars in Plymouth have created a special drink for the end of the summer season, appropriately named the Dragon Slayer.

Dragon Slayer

1 ½ ounce St. George’s Green Chili Vodka
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
¾ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce Grand Marnier
3 slices of cucumber (1 for garnish)

Mix above ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass with ice.

Garnish with the third slice of cucumber.
Add sprig of mint if desired.
