Free CPR and AED Training

Heart Safe Plymouth, a partnership of the Plymouth Public Safety Department and Rotary Club of Plymouth, is set to offer free CPR and AED trainings September 23, October 28 and November 18.

The training sessions are open to teenagers and adults who are interested in learning to help save the lives of those experiencing cardiac arrest. Participants may register for one of the available training dates to learn hands-only CPR—chest compressions without mouth-to-mouth breaths—and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Upcoming Trainings

All upcoming training dates will be held Wednesdays from 7-8:15 p.m. at Plymouth City Hall/Public Safety Building. Class sizes are limited to 35 participants. Registration is required. If classes fill, a waitlist will be available. To register, visit heartsafeplymouth.eventbrite.com.
