ARtist: Aileen Sandoval
Aileen Sandoval’s “Wonder Lust” expresses her love of wandering through new places.
We’re pleased to showcase work by the talented Wayzata High School students. This month, we present freshman Aileen Sandoval’s “Wonder Lust.” Aileen’s teacher is LeaAnne Jasper.
Aileen says, “’Wonder Lust’ (2018, Photoshop) is a drawing designed to express my love of wandering through new places. I love traveling around and discovering new places as I have moved around since [I was] little from my father’s job. That was my main inspiration for this drawing. This work means a lot to me because it’s a way to get my love for traveling out in a simple way.”
